（中央社記者汪淑芬台北24日電）交通部民用航空局長林國顯今天上午在立法院交通委員會接受媒體訪問表示，1週內將收回復興航空運輸股份有限公司所有航權。
興航無預警停航，並宣布解散，震驚社會。林國顯表示，已發函要求興航1週內限期改善，否則強制收回民用航空運輸業許可證。
林國顯說，收回的航權，國際航線屬開放權，其他航空公司可申請；兩岸航權部分，依分配辦法，分配給有意經營的航空公司。
國內航線部分，興航獨營的台北-花蓮及台中-花蓮12月1日起，由中華航空股份有限公司集團所屬華信航空股份有限公司接手，金門-馬公原本是包機，協調立榮航空股份有限公司視需求飛航。1051124
